I’m an experienced facilitator who loves to design and deliver compassion-informed workshops for groups, teams & organisations.

I primarily work in the UK homelessness sector but am interested in working with teams in the health, education & social sectors throughout the world.

I’ve been able to express myself and my thoughts more than at any other workshop I’ve attended in my three years in the sector. Absolutely liberating, please do more!
