About me
As of 2026, I’m a 37 year old caveman living in the hills of Granada having a very beautiful life! I love playing drums, tennis, piano, sometimes yoga, reading, walking the dog amongst the pines and swimming in any water available!
Before starting my own business in Spain, I worked for homelessness charities & schools in Brighton & London and studied Japanese & Italian at Leeds. I’ve also lived in Antigua Guatemala, Florence & Tokyo.
My way of working is often described as warm, playful and direct – I really bring my full self to be present in my work with you.
I prefer to work with people and orgs who are committed to doing deep, long-term inner work – there’s nothing I love more than to journey alongside you as you grow.
The Gift Economy
The Gift Economy is how I like to do the money side of my business – a relational approach to being paid.
Together we will find the number that feels right for you to pay me for our work together.
This generally translates into those with more disposable income (or training budgets if you’re an org) paying more and those with less paying less.
Working relationally
When it comes to working with individuals, couples and organisations it’s important to me that we see each other first and foremost as whole people having a human experience – all of us doing the best we can with what we have.
Values alignment is important to me: I like to work with people I can imagine sharing a meal with or going for a swim together.
Working with me involves as little admin and ‘superficial’ stuff as possible in order to maximise our real-life work together.

Trust your gut! And: I’ve trained with Gabor Maté, I’m a Certified Compassionate Inquiry® Practitioner, I have regular therapy with Sat Dharam Kaur, I have regular supervision with my mentor, I train with Terry Real in Relational Life Therapy, I’ve trained in The Art of Hosting, I have a Diploma in Relational Mindfulness with Maura Sills (Karuna Institute) and I completed ICF Level 1 & EMCC EQA accredited Solution Focused coach training with Solutions Academy (and I have my Intermediate Barista Skills with the Specialty Coffee Association!)
The Gift Economy scares me! Help!
Some people are scared – I get it. “Just tell me what to pay!”. If you need numbers to bounce off, think £80/hour for individuals, £100/hour for couples and £800/day for orgs.

I don’t do intro calls but there is absolutely no need to commit to anything more than one session or workshop with me – so please give me a try if your gut says I seem alright!
